Create a new Outlook profile to connect to Office 365 automatically using Autodiscover:

From the Start Menu, open Control Panel
Click on Mail
Click on Show Profiles.
Click on Add, and enter a profile name.
Click on OK.
Enter Username and Password from supplied for your account from CLICS.
Click on Next.
Click on Finish.
